Kobarid, Tolmin, and Most na Soči are towns connected by the emerald Soča River, one of the most beautiful rivers in Europe. The Soca, and all other rivers around in the Soca valley like the Nadiza, Idrica, and Tolminka rivers offer more than 138 km of fishable riverbeds. These crystal-clear waters are home to the Soča trout, the largest trout species in the world.
With its well-developed infrastructure, including numerous hatcheries, this area is one of the best spots for fly fishing in Europe. For more information, visit the Tolmin Angling Club’s website.
