Mlekarna Planika is 100% owned by farmers and operates on the millenial tradition and heritage of cheese making in the Posočje region. Their products carry the energy of unspoiled nature of the Soča and Idrijca valley and have recieved many awards and certificates.
Faronika d.o.o. is owned by the Tolmin Fishing Club, specialized in breeding native fish species from the Soča River basin. In a modern fish farm located where the Soča and Tolminka rivers meet, they cultivate marble trout and grayling-species you won’t find elsewhere.
Metka lives and works in the Vipava valley, with a zero-waste approach to her bussiness. She collaborates closely with local farmers to source produce that would otherwise go to waste, turning it into delicious creations. Her products are known for their unique ingredients and flavour combinations.
This charming, family owned bussiness from Most na Soči specializes in handmade local delicacies as well as beloved classics like gnocchi and tiramisu.
Pr Kendu is a family-owned farm in the green village of Idrijske Krnice, where three generations work and live together. They priorotize the well-being of their animals, as they are the foundation of their high-quality products.
Beekeeping is deeply rooted in Slovenian national identity, with over 10.000 active honey farmers preserving its knowledge. Beekeeping Mosel from Most na Soči is run by three experienced apiarists with a certificate for eco-friendly beekeeping. They offer many different types of honey, includung honey Mosel, known for its quality.
The products of Alpija are made following traditional methods and recipes and are free from GMO, dairy and gluten. The meat they use is sourced from local farmers.
Kmetija Bremec
